Mikro i małe firmy stanowią niezmiernie istotny element polskiej gospodarki. Jak podają statysty-ki GUS – w pierwszym półroczu 2011 roku tempo wzrostu gospodarczego wyniosło 4,3% i było zbli-żone do odnotowanego w 2010 roku – 3,8% i relatywnie wysokie na tle innych krajów europejskich. W przeprowadzonej analizie wyników ekonomicznych mikro i małych firm wyliczone indek-sy wykazały wartości niższe niż neutralne 100, co oznacza pogarszającą się ich sytuację finanso-wą. Również wyliczone średnie wartości indeksów za lata 2010 i 2011 potwierdzają ten stan, szczególnie w przypadku małych firm. Pocieszający jest jednak fakt, że wiele mikro i małych firm rozwija się przy wykorzystaniu unijnych i krajowych programów pomocowych.

Micro and smaller companies constitute the crucial element of the Polish economy exquisite-ly. According to statistics GUS in the 2011 first half-year to the economic growth rate amounted to the 4.3% and was similar to the year made a note in 2010 of the – 3.8% and relatively high relating to other European countries. Listed student record books showed lower than neutral values in conducted analysis of micro economic outturns and smaller companies 100 what is marking deteriorating their financial stand-ing. Also enumerated mean of indices in years 2010 and are confirming this state 2011, particular-ly in case of smaller companies. However a fact is comforting, that a lot of micro and smaller companies are being developed at using EU and domestic relief programmes.

Assessment of the quality of internationalisation in higher education institutions

The goals of the paper apply to higher education institutions and are: (1) elaboration of the definition of the quality of internationalisation and identification of (2) instruments used in the assessment process and (3) the benefits of assessing the quality of internationalisation. In order to achieve this goal, the analysis of existing data (desk research) method was used. The paper concludes with the observation that there are no universal standards for assessment of the quality of internationalisation. However, some interesting instruments, which have been developed over the last years, have been presented in the article.

W artykule określono następujące cele odnoszące się do szkół wyższych: (1) opracowanie definicji jakości internacjonalizacji, (2) identyfikacja instrumentów wykorzystywanych w procesie oceny oraz (3) ukazanie korzyści z oceny jakości umiędzynarodowienia. Wykorzystano w nim analizę danych zastanych (desk research). Artykuł kończy się stwierdzeniem, że nie ma uniwersalnych standardów oceny jakości internacjonalizacji. Przedstawiono w nim jednak kilka interesujących, opracowanych w ostatnich latach instrumentów oceny jakości umiędzynarodowienia.

Thesis/Objective – The aim of this article is to present issues discussed in the reviews of local bibliographies. Research methods – The author used the analysis and critique of reviews of Polish local bibliographies of general nature. Results and conclusions – The reviews discuss a number of important issues such as the selection of the documents, description, arrangement, retrieval and auxiliary tools and typographical order of the bibliographies. The research shows that the prevailing number of the analyzed bibliographies includes various shortcomings as regards method and editing. In order to avoid such mistakes the bibliographies should be evaluated more often by the professionals while being prepared for the publication.

Tezy/cel artykułu – Podstawowym celem artykułu jest prezentacja zagadnień podejmowanych w recenzjach bibliografii lokalnych. Metody badań – Zastosowano metodę krytyki i analizy recenzji poświęconych polskim bibliografiom lokalnym o charakterze ogólnym. Wyniki i wnioski – Recenzje poruszają szereg ważkich problemów związanych z doborem i selekcją materiału, opisem, układem, aparatem informacyjno-pomocniczym oraz ukształtowaniem typograficznym bibliografii. Przeprowadzone badania dowodzą, że przeważająca część ocenianych spisów posiada różnego typu mankamenty natury metodycznej i edytorskiej. W celu ich wyeliminowania należy częściej poddawać je ocenie specjalistów i to już na etapie przygotowania wydawniczego.

В статье рассматриваются проблемы восприятия и понимания специфического разряда собственных имен, требующих знания закрепленных за ними оценочных смыслов (позитивных или негативных). Данные имена, ориентированные на квазистереотип, несут в себе заряд лингвокультурологической информации, поэтому очевидна необходимость анализа их в аспекте эволюции, в системе координат «пространство – время». В ходе исторического развития, как это показано в данной работе, существенно меняется и спектр этих оценочных средств, и принципы их использования.

The article deals with a wide range of problems related to perception and interpretation of emotive proper names which existed in the Russian Language of 17–19 centuries. This type of language units requires special background knowledge in the sphere of emotive meanings which can be positive, negative or ambivalent. Emotive proper names are based on national stereotypes; that is why they are capable to render lingua-cultural information containing typical evaluations. In order to understand the evaluative system represented in Russian language, linguists should analyze emotive proper names from the aspects of space and time, and these principles of analysis enable us to expose evolutionary processes both in the range of emotive proper names and in the manner of their use.

Artykuł omawia problematykę percepcji i interpretacji antroponimiki nacechowanej (pozytywnie, negatywnie bądź ambiwalentnie), funkcjonującej w języku rosyjskim w XVII-XIX w. Imiona własne są zorientowane na quasi-stereotypy, zawierają ładunek informacji lingwokulturologicznej. Autorka postuluje lingwostylistyczną analizę w aspekcie ewolucji, w modelu czasoprzestrzeni. Udowadnia, iż w toku rozwoju historycznego zmieniają się zarówno spektrum narzędzi oceny lingwistycznej, jak i zasady ich zastosowania.
