W zamieszczonym artykule dokonano krótkiej charakterystyki problematyki pewnego wycinka działalności Ochotniczych Hufców Pracy w dawnych i współczesnych uwarunkowaniach rozwoju społecznego. Rozwój społeczeństwa informacyjnego wprowadza poprzez OHP nowe procedury kształcenia i wychowania młodzieży i dorosłych oraz zaspokojenia płynnego rynku pracy. Utrzymujące się duże bezrobocie, w szczególności wśród młodzieży wymusza obecnie na OHP przedstawione szeroko działania innowacyjno-zapobiegawcze.

The article has been reproduced a brief characterization of the problems of a certain segment of the Voluntary Labour Corps in the past and present determinants of social development.
