Artykuł jest próbą analizy wpływu zjawiska Internetu Rzeczy na funkcjonowanie współczesnych organizacji gospodarczych i wykorzystywane przez nie modele biznesowe. W tym kontekście dokonano identyfikacji kluczowych modeli biznesowych wyłaniających się wraz z rozwojem koncepcji IoT (Internet of Things) oraz najważniejszych implikacji organizacyjnych wynikających z ich implementacji. Zdiagnozowano również najistotniejsze wyzwania z nią związane.

This paper is an attempt to analyze the impact of the Internet of Things phenomenon on functioning of contemporary organizations and business models utilized by them. In this context the identification of the key business arising with the IoT concept have been made and the key organizational implications resulting from their implementation have been indicated. The main challenges connected with Internet of Things concept have been diagnosed as well.
