The Polish Penal Code (PC) provides for a separate offence of computer fraud, which constitutes a modern solution. This offence has a basic and a more favourble form (Art. 287 Par. l and 2 of the PC), as well as aggravated one (Art. 294 of the PC). It is an offence directed against property.
