Today at the forefront of the enterprise's intellectual potential, which refers to the formation of rather complex control tasks, makes the search for new methods and approaches its evaluation to ensure the competitive position of the enterprise market. Managing intellectual potential commercial enterprise has several features (technology, competence, ability, innovation activity, intellectual resources, effective communication), which act driving force single space development of intellectual potential. The article reveals the essence of the concept of "intellectual potential of the enterprise." Identifies key accents the essence of the concept, based on which identified scientific approaches to the definition of its essence. Full features of the development of the intellectual potential of the enterprise. Characterized by temporary form of intellectual potential trade enterprise, also shows a block diagram of the relationship categories of "intellectual resources", "intellectual capital", "intellectual capacity" of the enterprise.

Companies face the demographic, economic, technological changes and the globalization. New conditions mean the necessity to take action that will meet the growing expectations of employees and also help to strengthen the market position and the development. This article attempts to demonstrate that the solution, which will help to meet the challenges of today's environment, is the development and implementation of a talent management program. This process is involved with the necessity to determine the characteristics of talent in an organization, its needs and expectations. Moreover it requires to identify and overcome barriers in the management of this specific group of employees in order to prevent their departures, so that to obtain the greatest benefits from the implemented program (concerning not only the financial results of the organization, but also its image and employees’ motivation). To be effective, these activities should require the engagement of senior management and line managers.

On the basis of the offered method of estimation, the calculation of investment potential have been carried out in modern terms and certain rating positions of the regions have been determined.

Participation in the international division of labor in the global competition actualizes the process of capitalization of companies and the result of increasing equity. The article deals with the issue of improving the methodological apparatus evaluation process of capitalization of the enterprise potential in a market economy. When developing methodological apparatus evaluation process of capitalization of the enterprise potential use different mechanisms to perform processes that differ in their purpose. The article defined system processes in terms of evaluation mechanisms capitalization potential of the company, evaluation, organizational methods, research, and program-oriented modeling. In terms of general concepts formulated the basic characteristics of the processes and mechanisms for evaluating potential capitalization companies. The article in question on methodological assessment of potential capitalization on the basis of formation of system processes in the context of assessment mechanisms that have software. Thus, referring to programming in management, it is possible to apply modern cognitive-based methodology device evaluation process of capitalization of the enterprise potential in a market economy.

The article presents the formation of healthcare in Poland during the country’s transformation period. While they have not translated into improved effectiveness and rationality in the sector, the main directions of the reforms that have been carried out are characterised. Analysis of the main factors determining the functioning of the system, especially resource, legal-organisational and financial ones, suggests that the question of healthcare has a macro-social and lasting character, and a speedy resolution by the government does not appear to be possible for the foreseeable future if a new target healthcare model is not found and implemented.

Adults' adaptation troubles that have family background first of all result from dysfunctionality of the family system. A family with many children should not be identified with a problem family. Dysfunctions of the family system may concern any family, irrespective of the number of children in it. Adaptation troubles of persons coming from families with many children first of all result from: the stereotype of a family with many children functioning in the society; the material poverty of the family triggering other forms of cognitive, social, cultural poverty; and deficits in the parents' psycho-social and educational competences. In Poland various initiatives are launched that are directed to families with many children. Undoubtedly such enterprises favor development not only of the very families, but of the whole society as well. However, there are a lot of deficits in the policies directed to the family, especially one with many children. The deficits are observed mainly on the following levels: the macro-social one - a deficit of institutional support for families, especially ones with many children; this type of support requires a change in the binding law regulations and directives resolving social policies towards families, including ones with many children; the micro-social level, where there is a need to support families by means of various systems of social care (natural and specialist ones); this type of aid requires reliable knowledge about problem families areas (about the need for support) and qualified staff giving the care.

Improvement of state of the economy of Ukraine, first of all, depends on development of the innovation capacity of the enterprises and regions. Experience of economically developed countries proves that the level of development of the innovation sphere, in particular sciences, the latest technologies, the knowledge-intensive industries, the enterprises which implement innovations is a key factor for determination of a place of national economy in international market in the conditions of globalization. This article is devoted to studying of theoretical aspects of essence of the innovation potential of subjects of managing. The overview of modern scientific approaches concerning interpretation of the concept «the innovation potential» does not give the chance to define a uniform method of its treatment. Also in article the essence of the innovation potential is analyzed and its main components such as are defined: resource, productive and internal. On the basis of the revealed problem of lack of unanimity of views in understanding of category of «the innovation potential» own generalized determination of this concept was offered.

This article focuses on the development of theoretical and methodological approaches to improve mechanisms for evaluating the level of innovation potential. This paper analyzes the essence of innovative capacity and improved structural model determining components of innovation potential, a system of indicators to measure innovation potential, which, along with quantifiable performance indicators included in the qualitative assessment of the region as well as methodological approaches to multi-level integrated assessment of regional innovation potential that in contrast to the existing methods takes into account the use of information and communication technologies, sustainable development indices and quality of life, and intangible assets of enterprises. Implemented direct assessment of the level of development of innovative potential of regions of the North-East economic region, in particular Sumy, Poltava and Kharkiv regions, on the basis of statistical data of enterprises engaged in innovation activities. Presented in the theoretical and methodological provisions, conclusions and recommendations can be applied in the development of programs of socio-economic development of regions.
