The article discusses confiscations of press publications in Cracow concerning different forms of political, organisational and social activities of university students and professors. Focused on the statistics of press confiscations, the author carries out an analysis of selected articles to compile a list of banned subjects

The article is concerned with intellectual property in the eras of printed and digital press. In the former case, intellectual property takes form of the copyright to a creative work; in the latter, it is largely concerned with access to the media as the main source of profits. The concept of free access to information is fairly popular. A majority of technologies continue to be anonymous.
