The theory of endogenous increase believes that technological and organizational progress is not exogenous and agricultural policy influences only its rate. The most essential assumption claims that the human capital is accumulated in the same way as the capital factor as a material factor. New knowledge is one of the sources of accumulation of the human capital in agriculture. Thanks to new knowledge the region's agriculture undergoes changes in field structure of farms, in technologies of production and in relations with surrounding, especially with market environment. The comparison of productive decisions of various farmers and directions of interest in the area of knowledge seems to indicate that thanks to correspondence of these two areas both factors, material and human, can strengthen one another and become more effective contributing to stronger developmental processes in the agriculture of the region. Unfortunately it is still valid that greater economic activity of farms does not bring greater incomes.
