Aufgrund der Erfahrungen in seinem Heimatkontinent Lateinamerika, in dem viele Menschen am Rande der Gesellschaft leben, tritt Papst Franziskus entschieden für die „Ausgeschlossenen“ ein. Diese leben häufig an und von Müllkippen, sind als Staatsbürger nicht registriert, ihre Kinder besuchen keine Schulen etc. Der Beitrag macht deutlich, dass die Soziallehre der Kirche alle Menschen umfassend zu Teilhabern ihrer jeweiligen Gesellschaft in allen Kultursachbereichen (Politik, Wirtschaft, Bildung, Gesundheit) machen will. Vor dem Hintergrund sozialwissenschaftlicher Theorien (Luhmann, Olson) wird er exemplarisch erläutert, dass in westlichen Industriegesellschaften als Großgruppen vor allem Langzeitarbeitslose und Migranten von der vollen Teilhabe an der Gesellschaft ausgeschlossen sind und sich daher die Integrationsanstrengungen vor allem auf diese beiden Personenkreise beziehen muss.

Based on his experiences in his home continent of Latin America, where many people live on the margins of society, Pope Francis resolutely supports the “excluded”. They often live on and from dumps, are not registered as citizens, their children do not attend schools etc. The article makes it clear that the social doctrine of the church wants to make all people comprehensively partakers of their respective societies in all cultural sectors (politics, economy, education, health). Against the background of social science theories (Luhmann, Olson) he is exemplarily explained that in western industrialized societies as large groups especially the longterm unemployed and migrants are excluded from the full participation in society and therefore the integration efforts above all on this must relate to both groups of people.

Das Prinzip der Barmherzigkeit in der Familienseelsorge nach der Lehre von Papst Franziskus

Tłem badań był kryzys małżeństwa i rodziny w krajach kultury zachodniej. Celem była aplikacja zasady miłosierdzia do duszpasterstwa rodzin. Zastosowana została metoda analizy treści nauczania papieża Franciszka, a szczególnie jego adhortacji apostolskiej Amoris laetitia. Wynikiem przeprowadzonej analizy jest zarys nowej strategii duszpasterstwa rodzin. Z przeprowadzonej analizy nasuwają się wniosek, że w obecnych uwarunkowaniach społeczno-kulturowych miłosierdzie jest zasadą wiodącą w duszpasterstwie rodzin. Zasada ta powinna znaleźć zastosowanie w relacji pomiędzy duszpasterzem a małżonkami, w relacji małżonków względem siebie i swoich dzieci, małżonków i rodzin względem innych małżonków i rodzin.

The crisis of marriage and family in Western culture provides the background for the research. The aim of the study is to apply the principle of mercy to the pastoral care of families. The method of analyzing the content of the teaching of Pope Francis is used, especially his apostolic exhortation Amoris laetitia. The results obtained in the analysis constitute the outline of a new family pastoral strategy. The analysis concludes that mercy is the guiding principle in family pastoral care in the current socio-cultural conditions. This principle should apply in the relationship between the pastor and the spouses, in the relationship of the spouses with respect to each other and their children, and between the spouses and their families relating to other spouses and families.

Die Krise von Ehe und Familie in der westlichen Kultur war Hintergrund der Forschung. Ziel war es, das Prinzip der Barmherzigkeit auf die Seelsorge von Familien anzuwenden. Es wurde eine Methode zur Analyse des Inhalts der Lehre von Papst Franziskus verwendet, insbesondere seine nachsynodalen Schreiben Amoris laetitia. Das Ergebnis der Analyse ist der Entwurf einer neuen Strategie der Familienseelsorge. Die Analyse kommt zu dem Schluss, dass Barmherzigkeit unter den gegenwärtigen soziokulturellen Bedingungen das Leitprinzip in der Familienseelsorge ist. Dieser Grundsatz sollte in der Beziehung zwischen dem Pastor und den Ehepartnern, in der Beziehung der Ehepartner zueinander und ihrer Kinder, Ehepartner und Familien zu anderen Ehepartnern und Familien gelten.
