This article presents the results of research on the correspondence of Philip Melanchthon to Lithuanian magnates. Letters to Nicholas Radziwill the Black and Albert Gasztold on the one hand, praise the Renaissance lords, and on the other hand constitute a source of knowledge of the history of the Church and spiritual leaders of the Reformation in the Grand Duchy of Lithuania. The article also contains letters translated from the Latin language into Polish.

Artykuł zawiera tłumaczenie listów i pism z łaciny na język polski.

This article presents the results of research on the correspondence of Philip Melanchton to John a Lasco. Letters, the one hand are personal reformer’s correspondence, on the other hand is the source of knowledge of the history of the Church and the most importents leaders of the reformations, collaborators, and theological diversities of the 16th century. Article contains letters and other Melanchton’s writings translated from the Latin into the Polish.
