Analiza struktury kapitału małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw w ujęciu branżowym. Wyniki badań empirycznych

Celem artykułu jest analiza struktury kapitału małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw (MŚP). W opracowaniu zaprezentowano podstawowe teorie struktury kapitału odnoszące się do MŚP. Weryfikacji empirycznej poddano 6727 podmiotów z sektora małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw z wyłączeniem mikroprzedsiębiorstw, uwzględniając dane z lat 2012–2016. Na potrzeby analizy zbiorowość przedsiębiorstw podzielono na branże według Polskiej Klasyfikacji Działalności. Wskaźniki zadłużenia MŚP charakteryzują się relatywnie stabilnym poziomem oraz wyższym poziomem zadłużenia krótkoterminowego w stosunku do zadłużenia długoterminowego. Wskaźniki zadłużenia w poszczególnych branżach znacznie się różnią.

The article analyses the capital structure of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). It presents the basic theories of capital structure relating to SMEs. The empirical verification covered 6727 enterprises from the SME sector for the period 2012–2016 (the article does not discuss micro enterprises). For the purposes of the analysis, the group of enterprises was divided into industries according to the Polish Classification of Activities. SME debt ratios remained at a relatively stable level, with a higher short-term than long-term. Debt ratios in individual industries were highly diversified.

The issues of employment opportunities for people with disabilities are included in all descriptions including the information about occupations developed in the PO WER project „Developing, supplementing and updating information about occupations and its dissemination using modern communication tools – INFODORADCA +”. The article focuses on the analysis of different types of disabilities (represented by codes) with regard to the possibility of the disabled being employed in professions from selected sectors of the Polish Classification of Activities (PKD). The data presented in the article proves the unexploited high employment potential of people with disabilities that could be beneficial for both parties – the disabled and the employers
