The aim of the text is to present the university project Licenciar, which has been created as a result of the cooperation between Secretaria Municipal de Eduacação (SME) and Universidade Federal do Paraná (UFPR) in Curitiba. This project is pres­ented to the students of various university courses. In 2011 teaching Polish in primary schools became a part of this project. The author of the text describes this initiative, its beginning, evolution, main goals and the greatest achievements.
