Przegląd wartości organizacyjnych deklarowanych przez największe polskie firmy prywatne

The aim of this study was to review the values communicated by the 100 largest Polish private companies according to Forbes’ Ranking of the 100 Largest Polish Private Companies of 2020. The research was carried out using the method of analyzing selected content obtained from the websites of companies included in the ranking. 38 companies communicating their values were identified, 182 value phrases (an average of about 4.8 values per company) and 202 values (an average of about 5.3 values per company). The values most frequently communicated by the researched companies include: responsibility, respect, honesty, cooperation, customer-centricity, and passion. The results of the study were discussed and compared with the results of studies by other authors. The directions for further research were also proposed.

Celem niniejszej pracy było dokonanie przeglądu wartości komunikowanych przez 100 największych polskich przedsiębiorstw według „Rankingu 100 Największych Polskich Firm Prywatnych” Forbesa z 2020 roku. Badanie zrealizowane zostało metodą analizy wybranych treści pozyskanych ze stron internetowych firm uwzględnionych w rankingu. Zidentyfikowano 38 firm komunikujących swoje wartości, 182 sformułowania dotyczące wartości (co daje średnią około 4,8 wartości na firmę) oraz 202 wartości (co daje średnią około 5,3 wartości na firmę). Do najczęściej komunikowanych przez badane firmy wartości należą: odpowiedzialność, szacunek, uczciwość, współpraca, klientocentryczność oraz pasja. Omówiono wyniki badania oraz porównano je z wynikami badań innych autorów. Zaproponowano także kierunki dalszych badań.
