Polityka handlowa UE w ostatnich latach zmieniła swoje priorytety, stawiając w większym stopniu na rozwiązania bilateralne. Z teoretycznego punktu widzenia wprowadzane rozwiązania liberalizacyjne powinny prowadzić do wzrostu obrotów towarowych. Jednak umowy te mogą w różnym stopniu wpływać na wymianę towarową poszczególnych państw członkowskich. Jak zatem w nowych warunkach handlowych zmieniała się wymiana towarowa między Polską i innymi krajami UE z Koreą Południową, Peru i Kolumbią? Analiza handlowa jest dość niejednoznaczna i nie wskazuje wyraźnego trendu wzrostowego.

EU trade policy in recent years has changed its priorities, selecting bilateral solutions. From a theoretical point of view liberalization should lead to the growth of trade in goods. However, the impact of liberalization agreements may vary depending on the EU country. How changed the exchange of goods between the Poland and other EU countries with South Korea, Peru and Colombia in the new conditions of trade? The analysis of trade is quite ambiguous and does not indicate a clear upward trend.
