Aby ocenić poziom renty położenia, posłużono się metodą syntetycznego miernika rozwoju Hellwiga. W wyniku analizy badany region podzielono na cztery klasy obrazujące zróżnicowanie poziomu uwarunkowań pozaprzyrodniczych.
