After times of the emptiness supply and of little requirements of customers a period of the struggle for survival came. Union or world going up of Poland markets and the permanent progress of science and of technology, they cause, that a quality certificate is a key to effective action of the enterprise. In the article conditioning of the process of certificating of the quality management system was described.
