The issue of evaluation of profitability of investment in the CRM system is discussed wide enough by different experts. All seem to be agreeable to one thing - the assessment of profitability of investment in the CRM system is very multiple one and simultaneously very difficult. The paper shows an attempt to evaluate profitability of investment in the CRM system on the example of the trade firm.
