The article discusses the socio-demographic factors differentiating the greatest level activity of people with disabilities in the Polish labor market. The authors identify the factors that have recently determined the level of economic activity of this group and assess their impact on the behavior of people with disabilities in the labor market. The analyzes are based on available statistical data describing the level of activity of people with disabilities and their chance of getting gainful work and the results of research carried out in 2013 year among employees in the Public Employment Service for the project "Employment of disabled people – prospects for growth", co-funded by PRFON

W artykule omówione zostały czynniki społeczno-demograficzne różnicujące w największym stopniu poziom aktywności zawodowej osób niepełnosprawnych na polskim rynku pracy. Autorki dokonują identyfikacji czynników, które w ostatnim okresie determinowały poziom aktywności zawodowej tej zbiorowości oraz oceny ich wpływu na zachowania tej grupy na rynku pracy. Analizy prowadzone są na podstawie dostępnych danych statystycznych opisujących poziom aktywności zawodowej osób niepełnosprawnych i ich szans na uzyskanie pracy przynoszącej dochód oraz wyniki badań przeprowadzonych w 2013 r. wśród pracowników PUP na potrzeby projektu „Zatrudnienie osób niepełnosprawnych – perspektywy wzrostu”, współfinansowanego ze środków PRON
