The paper presents results of the author's research conducted among all employees in three Polish enterprises in the field of quality, environmental and safety management systems. Main goals of the research were to find answers to the following three questions: - How aware are employees of ISO systems existing in their enterprise? - What kind of benefits of ISO systems do they perceive? -Does employees' awareness depend on period of employment, position in the company or level of education?
