The paper studies experience of stimulating renewable energy development in the European Union. Š•nergy policy of the member states of the European Union for "green" energy sector development in the long term is considered. The existing economic mechanisms for support renewable energy in the context of stimulating of electricity generation and their advantages and disadvantages are given. The structuring variants of feed-in tariff, which is one of the most effective instrument for the rapid "green" energy development is investigated. The manuscript also analyzes the economic measures, which are used in combination with the main mechanisms for stimulate: net metering, tender schemes, investment grants, tax credits, subsidies, etc. The results of the effect of the regulation policy on the RE development are described. The principal barriers to increasing the renewable energy sources competitiveness in energy markets of the European Union are defined.

Providing of the effective functioning of grain market as the guarantor of food safety of Ukraine and systemically important basis of state agroindustrial complex brings into focus the task of innovative modernisation of state regulator policy. The essence of the integrated grain market and his reproduction structure are determined in the article, the structural and financial deformations of reproduction processes, their influence vectors on development of making market sectors are identified. The main element of valid mechanism of government price control of grain market are analysed, their limit influence is shown on a fluctuations and deformations of reproduction processes. A regulating activities complex, which is purposefully focused on reduction of destructive influence of structural and financial deformations of reproduction processes, providing a priority of the state economic interests, activation of reproduction function of the market of grain and the adjacent markets as a condition of sustainable economic growth, is offered.

The gradual transformations of social policy influenced the changes in public expectations of the citizens of many countries of the world, resulting in a tendency to the gradual transfer of responsibility for the solution of social problems from the state to the business entities. The article studied features of the state policy on development of corporate social responsibility in various countries, justified by reasons of the existence of significant differences between them. Based on content analysis filed with the classification of national models of corporate social responsibility, defined the main areas of manifestation of the state policy in the sector of social responsibility of business, characterized the main aspects of the implementation of corporate social responsibility policy at the national level. Particular attention is paid to the European model of CSR and its varieties as the most similar in its characteristics to the national model of business social responsibility in Ukraine.
