Suming up of the backing, coming from the foreign aid budget the EU is a basic aim of the work, allocated on the development of the rural tourism, the farm tourism and the infrastructure around the tourism in 2004-2014 years, as part of the “Sector operational programme the Restructuring and the modernization of the food sector and the development of rural areas 2004-2006” and “Rural development programme for years 2007-2013”. For accomplishing a put goal placed data was used in reports on the completion of above relief programmes, in the period from 2004 to 2014. It results from conducted analysis that in the past decade of the Polish membership in the European Union, thanks to supporting the EU from the foreign aid budget a visible development of the rural tourism, the farm tourism and the widely understood infrastructure took place on country areas. It is also attesting to it, that in the development of infrastructure, a role in improving the function of tourist country areas is also noticed.

The concept of a long search tail assumes that unusual, less popular key phrases and detailed and multi-word phrases, of which there are many, generate the majority of traffic on the website. The purpose of the work was to demonstrate the legitimacy of using a long tail strategy in increasing the range of impact of websites of rural tourism facilities. The visibility of individual websites of rural tourism facilities in the search results was analyzed. Then, an SEO audit, and an audit of the content of the searched websites was carried out, as well as the dependence between the site’s place in the search results and the quality of the website and the size (type) of the rural tourism facility were verified. The research has shown that both general and complex phrases should be used in the texts published on websites of rural tourism facilities.
