This article addresses the issue of the place of journalistic ethics in media. The author begins with covering the relationship between law and ethics, and then goes on to discuss the most important principles that are reflected in codes of ethics on journalists. The author recalls the initiatives taken by the media to provide appropriate ethical standards in editorial offices.

Autorka stawia pytanie, czy we współczesnych mediach jest miejsce dla etyki dziennikarskiej. Rozpoczyna od rozważań na temat relacji między prawem i etyką, a następnie przechodzi do omówienia najważniejszych zasad, które nakładają na dziennikarzy kodeksy etyczne. Autorka wskazuje także inicjatywy podejmowane przez media, których celem jest zapewnienie odpowiednich standardów etycznych w poszczególnych redakcjach.
