Przeobrażenia sektora energetycznego w Polsce wynikające z unijnej polityki energetycznej, priorytetów rządowych programów restrukturyzacji oraz zmian organizacyjno-własnościowych w powiązaniu z postępem techniki i informatyzacją, determinują kształt funkcji personalnej oraz zmiany w obszarze zatrudnienia. Artykuł koncentruje się na zagadnieniu nowego spojrzenia na istotę restrukturyzacji zatrudnienia w procesach budowania konkurencyjności przedsiębiorstwa energetycznego przez pryzmat działań związanych w kreowaniem inteligentnego i odpowiedzialnego społecznie przedsiębiorstwa przyszłości, posiadającego unikalny kapitał ludzki cechujący się innowacyjnością i przedsiębiorczością, stanowiący o osiąganiu przewag na konkurencyjnym rynku energii. Celem artykułu jest analiza i ocena wybranych czynników umożliwiających i będących siłą napędową restrukturyzacji oraz identyfikacja sposobów jej realizacji.

The transformation of the energy sector in Poland resulting from the EU’s energy policy, priorities of the government restructuring programmes as well as organizational and ownership changes related to technological progress and increasing computerization determine the shape of personal functions and changes in terms of employment. This paper focuses on a new approach to the nature and role of employment restructuring in the process of building the energy company’s competitiveness through the prism of energy-related activities in creating smart and socially responsible enterprises of the future, having a unique, innovative and entrepreneurial human capital that plays a decisive role in achieving competitive advantage in the energy market. The aim of the paper is to analyze and evaluate selected factors that induce and are the driving force behind the restructuring of employment in the energy sector, and to identify ways of the implementation of the restructuring process.
