Autorka przedstawia zarys biogra&i Romany Golańskiej, akowca, prokuratora, w latach 1951–1954 więźnia politycznego. Od początku 1944 r. na terytorium państwa polskiego masowo stosowano represje na tle politycznym. Represjom poddane zostały osoby, które w okresie drugiej wojny światowej walczyły w  ugrupowaniach niepodległościowych z  hitlerowskim okupantem o polskie państwo niepodległe i demokratyczne. Czynności te uzyskały cechy czynu faszystowskiego, niedozwolonego i przestępnego. Osoby podejmujące takie działania uznano za zdrajców narodu polskiego i pociągnięto do odpowiedzialności karnej na równi ze zbrodniarzami hitlerowskimi. W artykule pokazany został dramat człowieka postawionego pod pręgierzem „ludowej” sprawiedliwości. Golańska, poddana represji karnej za działalność konspiracyjną w okresie drugiej wojny światowej na podstawie decyzji organów bezpieczeństwa publicznego, walczyła o uznanie jej za osobę niewinną i przywrócenie praw cywilnych.

;e author presents an outline of Romana Golanska’s biography; National Army member, attorney general, a  political prisoner between 1951and 1954. From the beginning of 1944 political repressions were massively applied. ;ey oppressed people who were &ghting for an independent and democratic Polish state with nazi occupants during World War II. ;ose actions were treated as nazilike, illegal and criminal. People who undertook such actions were treated as traitors of the Polish nation and prosecuted equally to nazi criminals. ;e article presents the drama of a person put at the bar of the ‘people’s’ justice. Golanska, repressed for the conspiracy activity during WW II based on the decision of the organs of public security fought for presuming her to be innocent and restoration of her civil rights.
