The article is aimed at presenting the magazine „Ogoniok” in terms of the analysis of Polish and Russin relations. The period of time taken into account ranges from May 2009 to December 2012. All the texts have been divided into 9 topic groups, namely culture and travelling, EURO-2012, politics, history, society, European location of the ballistic missile defense, November 4th as the Unity Day, Smolensk catastrophy, gas issues. The analysis is focused on the frequency of articles, as well as their content. Moreover, the emphasis is put on the number of publications of both the positive and negative character.
