In confronting F. de Saussure's 'Cours de linguistique générale' with S. Kauffman's 'Investigations', it is possible to observe a hint of convergence of understanding the system, its development. Nevertheless, in grasping the language metaphor of life, what I primarily find is a clear correspondence between neo-Darwinism and linguistic structuralism (in relation to evolution, or more precisely to language development/speech behaviour). What is chaotic for neo-Darwinism and linguistic structuralism (again in relation to the development of life/speech) can be self-organized for biological structuralism. This text demonstrates the relations between the methodologies of the appropriate sciences and the types of order that can be described/discovered by them.

In short novels-fairy tales and essays the key issues of “development” are shown. In particular, in one of the stories necessary and sufficient prerequisites for development: irreversibility, direction, regularity, order, self-organization are analyzed. In another short story, in a novel-fairy tale the contradictions as the driving forces of development process and the factors forming them (impacting impulses and limitations) are discussed. In the third novel-fairy tale contents of the main phases of self-organization process of economic systems are analyzed. In a cycle of stories a series of aphorisms of well-known thinkers and a fragment of the popular book by Eihelberg that very clearly illustrates the achievements of mankind in its civilizational marathon are presented.

The article presents the genealogy of the process of self-organization of German Sinti in the context of the aftermath of the Nazi persecution of this group. The author points out the ambivalent construction of Sinti identity that has been developed in the course of the fight for compensation. It consists of the conviction of having been an integral part of the German society as well as the feeling of having been excluded from this society. This ambiguity is interpreted in terms of an anthropological model of double coding, in which identity is understood as a dynamic process of building the relations between the external and internal boundaries of the group. This model has been subsequently used in the description of the relations between Sinti and Roma.

The self-organized complexity of the financial sector by the system approach application is researched. It is proposed to consider the financial sector as an integral entity within the financial system, which has key features of the “system”. It is shown that the financial sector continuously self-organizes in the process of its evolution and tends to achieve the most effective structure to the objectives of the participants of financial relations. It manifests in the adaptation of the financial sector to new economic conditions through the evolution of financial instruments and financial institutions. Moreover, in the process of financial sector evolution, there is a need to develop the flexible mechanism of its regulation for achieving and maintaining the financial stability in the economy.
