The aim of this paper is to answer a question: how are Prime Minister’s exposé and occasional resolution of Sejm is the delegitimization of political transition in Poland? An Author made a hypothesis that in polish Sejm discourse delegitimization of political transition was characteristic for this part of the political elite, which didn’t participate or didn’t come from environments involved in political changes in Poland.

Celem artykułu jest udzielenie odpowiedzi na pytanie, w jaki sposób, na przykładzie exposé Prezesów Rady Ministrów i uchwał okolicznościowych dochodzi do delegitymizacji tranzycji systemowej w polskim dyskursie sejmowym? W wyniku procesu badawczego postawiona została następująca hipoteza: prawdopodobnie delegitymizacja tranzycji systemowej w polskim dyskursie sejmowym była charakterystyczna dla elit politycznych, które nie partycypowały lub nie wywodzą się ze środowisk biorących udział w przemianach ustrojowych.
