Jednym z podstawowych celów raportowania zintegrowanego (RZ) jest ujawnianie wartości tworzonej przez organizację raportującą. Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie, w jaki sposób wytyczne The International Framework wskazują na proces tworzenia wartości poprzez sześć kapitałów. Teoretyczne zalecenia zostały odniesione do praktyki – w artykule przeanalizowano ujawnienia związane z modelem tworzenia wartości w oparciu o sześć kapitałów banku ING, który zawarł takie informacje w raporcie zintegrowanym za 2016 r. W artykule wykorzystano metodę opartą na wnioskowaniu indukcyjnym oraz studium przypadku. Wyniki analizy mogą przyczynić się do lepszego zrozumienia koncepcji ujawniania wartości poprzez RZ. Mogą one również znaleźć praktyczne zastosowanie w trakcie procesu przygotowania raportu zintegrowanego przez inne podmioty.

One of the basic objectives of integrated reporting is the disclosure of value created. The aim of the article is to show how the guidelines of The International Framework point to the process of creating value through six capitals engagement and interrelation. Theoretical recommendations are referred to the practice – the article presents the disclosures referring to the value creation model based on six capital in the ING bank, which disclosed such information in the Integrated Report for 2016. The article uses the method based on inductive reasoning and case study. The results of the analysis can contribute to a better understanding of the concept of value disclosure through integrated reporting. They can also find practical application during the preparation process of the integrated report by other entities.
