The article presents the history of the archives of the parish of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Zielonki near Kraków, and discusses in detail its accumulated resources. In 2022, the process of organizing and developing the collection was completed, resulting in this article. Publications based on documents of this provenance have so far been issued infrequently, although in recent years somewhat more frequently, so that there is a growing familiarity with the contents of the archive.The Zielonki parish was established in the 13th century, but documents relating to its earliest history can be found in the records of the Kraków Cathedral Chapter and the University of Kraków. The current archival holdings include documents from the 18th century on the parish, which consisted of villages: Zielonki, Bibice, Witkowice, Tonie, Garlica, Górka Narodowa, Wola Zachariaszowska and part of Pękowice. Older archives were lost during World War I. The most impressive collection contains the record books, almost complete since 1797. Also preserved, and very valuable, are chronicles from 1878–1932, the book of the Brotherhood of St Anne kept since the late 18th century, a sizeable collection of visitations and inventory records, and economic documents from the 19th and 20th centuries. In total, the archive includes 389 units produced between 1709 and 2019. These documents are also valuable because of the close relationship that, until the early 20th century, linked the Zielonki parish with the University of Kraków (Jagiellonian University) and the Kraków Collegiate Church of St Anne. In addition to the aforementioned issues, the article also briefly describes the history of the Zielonki parish chancellery. An appendix accompanying the article presents the archival inventory.

Artykuł prezentuje dzieje archiwum podkrakowskiej parafii Zielonki pw. Narodzenia Najświętszej Maryi Panny i szczegółowo omawia zgromadzony w nim zasób. W 2022 roku zakończono proces porządkowania i opracowywania zbiorów, w wyniku czego powstał niniejszy artykuł. Bazujące dotychczas na dokumentach tej proweniencji publikacje wydawano rzadko, w ostatnich latach nieco częściej, dzięki czemu coraz szersza jest znajomość zawartości archiwum. Parafia w Zielonkach powstała w XIII wieku, jednak dokumenty dotyczące jej najdawniejszych dziejów znajdują się w aktach krakowskiej kapituły katedralnej i Uniwersytetu Krakowskiego. Obecny zasób archiwalny obejmuje dokumenty od XVIII wieku dotyczące parafii, na którą składały się wsie: Zielonki, Bibice, Witkowice, Tonie, Garlica, Górka Narodowa, Wola Zachariaszowska i część Pękowic. Starsze archiwalia zaginęły podczas I wojny światowej. Najpokaźniejszy zbiór stanowią księgi metrykalne, niemal kompletne od 1797 roku. Zachowały się także, bardzo cenne, kroniki z lat 1878-1932, księga Bractwa św. Anny prowadzona od końca XVIII wieku, pokaźny zbiór wizytacji i inwentarzy oraz dokumenty gospodarcze z XIX i XX wieku. Ogółem archiwum obejmuje 389 jednostek archiwalnych wytworzonych w latach 1709-2019. Dokumenty te są cenne także z powodu bliskich relacji, które do początków XX wieku łączyły parafię Zielonki z Uniwersytetem Krakowskim (Jagiellońskim) i krakowską kolegiatą św. Anny. Oprócz wyżej wymienionych, w artykule pokrótce opisano dzieje zieloneckiej kancelarii parafialnej. W aneksie dołączonym do artykułu zaprezentowano inwentarz archiwalny.
