Artykuł jest wielopłaszczyznową analizą struktur organizacyjnych, które są kluczowym elementem dobrze funkcjonującego przedsiębiorstwa. Zaprezentowane zostaną różne typologie struktur organizacyjnych w ujęciu klasycznym i współczesnym. Autor dokona syntezy głównych koncepcji i podejść w tym obszarze badawczym. Uwagę skupi również na wymuszanej przez postęp cywilizacyjny i wzrastającą konkurencję na rynku ewolucją struktur organizacyjnych. W opracowaniu przedstawiono zmniejszającą się rolę struktur mechanicznych na rzecz struktur organicznych. W rezultacie prowadzonych badań stwierdzono, iż coraz większego znaczenia będzie nabierał ten drugi typ, gdyż umożliwia elastyczne działanie przedsiębiorstwa i właściwe reagowanie na wymogi turbulentnego otoczenia. In the article, the author describes classical and contemporary organisation structures and their influence on enterprise management. Firstly, there is a complex analysis of organisation structures in the enterprise. An organization can be structured in many different style and ways, depending on their objectives and challenge. The structure of an organisation will determine the forms in which it operates and performs It makes easier to explain reasons why enterprises leave mechanistic structures choosing organic structures. The term organic structure means promoting flexibility so that employees can initiate change and adapt rapidly to changing conditions.(original abstract)
