W dającej się przewidzieć przyszłości będzie dochodzić do konfrontacji sił sprzyjających dywergencji oraz konwergencji systemów finansowych w skali globalnej, regionalnej i krajowej. Celem artykułu jest zidentyfikowanie czynników sprzyjających dywergencji i konwergencji systemów finansowych w Europejskiej Przestrzeni Gospodarczej oraz w Polsce. Całość rozważań nad dywergencją oraz konwergencją systemów finansowych została podzielona na trzy części. Pierwsza z nich opisuje ramy teoretyczne ewolucji instytucjonalnej systemów finansowych. Druga przedstawia czynniki potęgujące fragmentaryzację systemów finansowych. Z kolei trzecia stanowi przegląd czynników sprzyjających konwergencji systemów finansowych.

In near future we will see forces confrontation of convergence and divergence of financial systems in Poland, in European Economic Space and in global scale. Task of this paper is identification of factors supporting convergence and divergence of financial system in Poland and our region. Paper is divided on three sections. In first, are presented theoretical frameworks of institutional evolution of financial systems. In second, are discussed factors of divergence of financial systems. In third, are showed factors supporting convergence of financial systems.
