Tadeusz Włoczkowski brał udział w wojnie polsko-bolszewickiej, wyróżniając się w sierpniu 1920 r. w czasie ewakuacji grupy ochotników z Sierpca oraz podczas walk na przedmościu włocławskim pod wsią Złowody. Za tę postawę w 1921 r. został odznaczony Krzyżem za Męstwo i Odwagę 206 ochotniczego pułku piechoty oraz Krzyżem Walecznych.

Tadeusz Włoczkowski took part in the Polish-Bolshevik war, distinguishing himself during the evacuation of a group of volunteers from Sierpc and during fights in the Włocławek suburb near the village of Złowody. For this attitude in 1921, he was awarded the Cross for Bravery and Courage of the 206 volunteer infantry regiment and the Cross of Valor.
