Dysproporcje dochodów i skłonności do inwestowania (na przykładzie gmin i powiatów województwa śląskiego)

W artykule starano się ocenić stopień zróżnicowania gmin i powiatów województwa śląskiego ze względu na poziom ich dochodów ogółem, dochodów własnych oraz wydatków majątkowych. Jako miernik dysproporcji zastosowano współczynnik Giniego. Na podstawie danych z lat 2006-2015 wykazano, że tylko w przypadku wydatków poniesionych na inwestycje można mówić o dużych kontrastach.

The article attempts to assess the degree of differentiation of municipalities and districts of the province of Silesia. As a measure of disproportion is used Gini coefficient. Based on data from the years 2006-2015 author demonstrated that only in the case of expenditure for investments we can talk about the big contrasts between the different municipalities.
