W artykule zbadano wpływ zróżnicowania wynagrodzeń pracowniczych na wartość dodaną województw. Celem artykułu je znalezienie optymalnej wartości płacy w Polsce, która powoduje maksymalną wartość cechy opisującej wzrost społeczno- gospodarczy kraju. W tym celu uzależniono wartość w każdym województwie oddzielnie dla lat 2004, 2006, 2008 oraz 2010 od rozpiętości wynagrodzeń pracowników najemnych mierzonej rozstępem.

The article examined the impact of wage differentiation employee added value of provinces. The aim of the article they find the optimum value of wages in Poland, which causes the maximum value of the characteristics describing the socio-economic growth of the country. For this purpose, conditional on the value in each province separately for the years 2004, 2006, 2008 and 2010, a span of salaries of employees measured with gap.
