The article analyzes the works of the modern Belarusian playwright Pavel Pryazhko (plays Life Is Good, The Locked Door, Three Days in Hell, Café’s Owner). Taking into consideration the playwright’s obvious taste for documentary data, the analysis of these works allows us to see how the existential problems of the individual in modern society are reflected in literature and theatre.

W artykule omówiono twórczość współczesnego dramatopisarza białoruskiego Pawła Priażko. Na podstawie przeprowadzonej analizy sztuk Życie jest piękne, Zamknięte drzwi, Trzy dni w piekle, Gospodarz kawiarni, uwzględniając dążenia dramatopisarza do dokumentalności, widać wyraźnie, w jaki sposób egzystencjalne problemy człowieka we współczesnym społeczeństwie znajdują odzwierciedlenie w literaturze i teatrze.

У артыкуле разглядаецца творчасць сучаснага беларускага драматурга Паўла Пражко (на прыкладзе п’есаў: Жыццё атрымалася, Зачыненыя дзверы, Тры дні ў пекле, Гаспадар кавярні). Драматург імкнецца да дакументальнасці, і таму аналіз прыведзеных твораў дазваляе прасачыць, як праблема існавання асобнага чалавека ў сучасным грамадстве адлюстроўваецца ў літаратуры і тэатры.
