Cele udziału w targach gospodarczych z perspektywy zwiedzających

W artykule zaprezentowano wyniki badań ankietowych przeprowadzonych wśród zwiedzających targi dóbr inwestycyjnych, organizowanych na terenie EXPO Kraków w dniach 6-7 X 2015 r. Opisano ich cele i sposoby przygotowania do udziału w targach, czynniki oddziałujące na kolejność zwiedzania stoisk oraz wskaźniki oceny rezultatów uczestnictwa w tych imprezach. Punkt wyjścia tego opracowania stanowi przegląd literatury na temat gości targowych, obejmujący charakterystykę ich postaw i zachowań w odniesieniu do targów gospodarczych. W podsumowaniu podkreślono różnice pomiędzy obrazem zwiedzających zawartym w literaturze przedmiotu a badaną zbiorowością oraz zawarto implikacje strategiczne dla wystawców, organizatorów targów i zwiedzających.

The goal of this article is to present the results of the questionnaire research of visitors of the industrial trade shows organized within EXPO on 6-7 X 2015. Visitors’ objectives and ways of preparing to participation in trade fairs, the factors affecting the order of visiting the stands and the ratios of evaluation results of participation in these events are described in this article.
