Autorka zbadała polityczne-prawne oraz instytucjalno-proceduralne mechanizmy sowieckiej praktyki nomenklaturowej nominowania na kierownicze stanowiska w odnowionych strukturach władzy i zarządzania zachodnich obwodów USRR podczas ich wyzwolenia spod okupacji hitlerowskiej w styczniu-październiku 1944 r. Wyjaśniła sens polityki kształtowania kadry lokalnych organów władzy oraz zarządzania, przeważnie drogą wyznacza-nia na kierownicze stanowiska przysłanych ze wschodnich obwodów USRR, a nawet ZSRR pracowników – partyjnych, rządowych, spraw wewnętrznych, bezpieczeństwa, prokuratury, sądownictwa. Podkreśliła, iż taka polityka miała na celu ponowienie w najkrótszym terminie totalnej kontroli reżimu stalinowskiego w każdej sferze życia społecznego kraju, systemu finansów publicznych, w tym systemu fiskalnego

This article analyzes the political, legal, institutional and procedural mechanisms for the Soviet nomenclature practice of appointments to executive positions in the renewed party, Soviet, economic and other government bodies of the Western regions of the USSR during their liberation from Nazi occupation in January-October 1944. The priorities of making policy for a casting of local authorities mainly through the involvement of the leadership positions who arrived from the Eastern regions of the Soviet Union of the party, Soviet, eco-nomic officials, employees of internal affairs bodies, state security, attorney office and courts. It is indicated that this political strategy and practice had the purpose of the recovery of a total political and ideological control over all spheres of life of inhabitants of the region in the shortest possible time.
