Niniejszy artykuł ma na celu analizę relacji dyrektywy 2005/29/WE z 11 maja 2005 r. o nieuczciwych praktykach handlowych (dalej: dyrektywa 2005/29/WE) oraz ustawy z 23 sierpnia 2007 r. o przeciwdziałaniu nieuczciwym praktykom rynkowym (daleja: upnpr) z ustawą z 16 kwietnia 1994 r. o zwalczaniu nieuczciwej konkurencji (dalej: uznk) .

This article aims to analyze the relationship between Directive 2005/29/EC of 11 May 2005 on unfair commercial practices (Directive 2005/29/E") and the two Polish legal acts applicable in this area: the Act of 23 August 2007 on Counteracting Unfair Commercial Practices and the Act of 16 April 1994 on Combating Unfair Competition.
