Informacje te służą ocenie działalności gospodarczej w okresie minionym, ale przede wszystkim stanowią bazę do podejmowania decyzji dotyczącej przyszłej działalności. Na rynku znajduje się wiele firm, które specjalizują się w świadczeniu profesjonalnych usług w zakresie finansów i rachunkowości. Celem artykułu jest ustalenie, w jakim zakresie firmy z województw kujawsko-pomorskiego i pomorskiego korzystały z usług tego typu i jakie jest na nie zapotrzebowanie, jakie firmy doradcze były najczęściej wybierane przez przedsiębiorstwa, jak również w jakim stopniu usługi te były przydatne w zarządzaniu jednostką i spełniały oczekiwania przedsiębiorstw.

The basis for the analysis, evaluation and for economic decisions of each company is primarily financial information contained in its reports. This information is used to assess economic activity during the past period but first of all it provides the basis for decisions on future activities. On the market there are a number of companies that specialize in providing professional services in the area of finance and accounting. The aim of this article is designed to determine the extent to which companies used this type of service, the demand for it, which consulting firms are commonly used by enterprises, as well as the extent to which the services were useful in the management of the entity and to which they met the expectations of enterprises.
