Интеграция иностранцев процесс, который требует приема страну ряд мер, направленных на обеспечение доступа к правам и услугам. После вступления в Европейский Союз в Законе от 12 марта 2004 года o стандартах социальной помощи были введены, чтобы обеспечить помощь иностранцам, которые получили международную защиту. В 2012 году Совет Министров принял миграционной политики польского – текущее состояние и требуемое действие. Для того, чтобы достичь целей польской миграционной Министерства политики труда и социальной Польши Политика разработала политику интеграции иностранцев программный документ – принципы и руководящие рекомендации, определяющие направления государственной политики в области укрепления интеграции иностранцев в польское общество и подготовить поляки принять иностранцев в их местных общин.

Integration of foreigners is a process that requires the receiving country a series of measures aimed at enabling access to rights and services. After joining the European Union in the Act of 12 March 2004. On social assistance standards have been introduced to provide assistance to foreigners who have received international protection. In 2012, the Council of Ministers adopted the Polish Migration Policy - current status and requested action. In order to achieve the objectives of Polish Migration Policy Ministry of Labour and Social Policy Poland has developed a program document foreigners integration policy – principles and guidelines are recommendations that determine the directions of the state policy in the field of strengthening the integration of foreigners in Polish society and prepare the Poles to accept foreigners in their local communities.

This article aims to identify changes in the industry’s patterns in innovativeness and show its spatial diversity based on the example of the largest urban centres in Dolnośląskie Voivodeship. An assessment of the level of concentration of industrial activity was used as the basis for identifying these processes. The range of issues used for analysis depended on data availability, especially at the local level. The analysis of industrial activities’ location was carried out based on entities registered in Section C (Manufacturing) of the Polish Classification of Economic Activities. The spatial patterns of industrial innovativeness were presented using the classification of manufacturing according to R&D levels. The research results indicate significant changes between 2009 and 2019 in the spatial patterns for both the voivodeship and its urban areas regarding the industry’s concentration and specialisation. At the same time, this was accompanied by a decrease in industrial production. Dolnośląskie Voivodeship shows a significant spatial diversification in such concentration and specialisation. The patterns identified indicate the growing role of the area surrounding Wrocław as one of intensive infiltration of industrial activities from the main centre. These processes are also found in smaller urban centres of the voivodeship; however, this infiltration is selective.

W opracowaniu zwrócono uwagę na rolę, jaką powinna odgrywać turystyka kulturowa w rozwoju gmin województwa świętokrzyskiego. Wyniki badań wskazały, że jej wpływ jest widoczny tylko w niektórych gminach. Są to obszary najbardziej popularne i atrakcyjne pod względem walorów turystycznych, zasobne w obiekty zabytkowe. Pomimo że na tym terenie występują liczne obiekty industrialne, nie mają one istotnego znaczenia w rozwoju obszaru opartego o walory kulturowe. Potencjalnymi przyczynami tego stanu rzeczy mogą być słaba promocja i brak zainteresowania władz lokalnych, co powoduje marginalizację roli samorządów w rozwoju turystyki.

The study presents the possible role of cultural tourism in the development of communes of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship. As the research shows it affects only some communes, the most popular areas and most attractive for tourists with numerous historical buildings. Despite the existence of huge number of industrial structures, their role in development based on cultural heritage is insignificant. Among possible explanations of this there may be insufficient promotion and poor involvement of local authorities which decrease their role in development of tourism.

Artykuł jest poświęcony współpracy międzynarodowej gminy miejskiej Węgrów i studium przypadku opisującym współpracę międzynarodową jednej z 314 gmin województwa mazowieckiego. Zawiera on charakterystykę aktywności międzynarodowej konkretnej miejskiej wspólnoty lokalnej, która ma swoich partnerów zagranicznych na Ukrainie, Litwie, Białorusi i we Włoszech. Omówiono w nim przede wszystkim współpracę międzynarodową Węgrowa, ale także wskazano na podobieństwa tej współpracy do współpracy międzynarodowej innych mazowieckich i polskich gmin. W podsumowaniu artykułu umieszczono propozycję określenia roli, jaką pełni współpraca międzynarodowa gmin.

The article discusses international cooperation of the urban municipality of Węgrów and presents a case study of international cooperation of one of 314 municipalities of Mazowieckie Voivodeship. It describes the characteristics of international activity of a specific urban local community which has its foreign partners in Ukraine, Lithuania, Belarus and Italy. International cooperation of Węgrów has been discussed, indicating its similarities to international initiatives of other municipalities of Mazowieckie Voivodeship and the entire Poland. The summary contains a proposed definition of the role played by international cooperation of municipalities.

Jakość środowiska naturalnego jest niezbędnym elementem umożliwiającym prawidłowe funkcjonowanie procesów gospodarczych poprzez dostarczanie zasobów naturalnych. Ważnym czynnikiem w tym zakresie jest więc podejmowanie działań o charakterze infrastrukturalnym, służących kształtowaniu i ochronie środowiska, które mogą łagodzić bądź w pełni likwidować skutki współczesnych zagrożeń ekologicznych generowanych przez poszczególne sektory gospodarki narodowej. Tworzenie i rozwijanie infrastruktury służącej ochronie oraz kształtowaniu środowiska jest jednak warunkowane wieloma czynnikami, które wynikają często z odmiennych dróg rozwoju społeczno- -gospodarczego krajów oraz regionów. Poziom rozwoju infrastruktury ekologicznej poszczególnych regionów Europy jest wyraźnie zróżnicowany, a zjawisko to dotyczy także Polski. Celem opracowania jest więc identyfikacja poziomu rozwoju infrastruktury służącej ochronie i kształtowaniu środowiska w województwach Polski na podstawie wybranych cech diagnostycznych.

Quality of the natural environment is an essential element for the proper functioning of economic processes by providing natural resources. An important factor in this regard is the taking of actions, mainly of the infrastructural character, which serve to shape and protect the environment, which may mitigate or fully eliminate the effects of modern environmental threats generated by particular sectors of the national economy. Creating and developing the infrastructure to protect and shape the environment is, however, conditioned by many factors that often result from the different socioeconomic development paths of different countries and regions. The level of development of ecological infrastructure in particular regions of Europe is therefore clearly differentiated, and this phenomenon also affects the internal structure of administrative division of Poland. The aim of the study is therefore to identify the level of development of infrastructure for environmental protection and development of voivodeships in Poland.
