After World War II, in 1945, the Military Legal Review - a law journal known and valued before 1939 - was reactivated.The reactivated quarterly was one of the many tools which the communist regime used for ideological struggle. The journal promoted a new, revolutionary approach to the theory of law and the practice of jurisprudence.The content of the publications in the Military Legal Review was addressed not only to military lawyers, but also to military commanders and representatives of the communist political apparatus. The journal propagated the “proper” worldview in the readers, one that was consistent with the party line.

Nach dem Zweiten Weltkrieg wurde die Herausgabe der Zeitschrift „Wojskowy Przegląd Prawniczy“ - einer vor 1939 bekannten und geschätzten juristischen Fachzeitschrift - wiederaufgenommen.Ab 1945 war die reaktivierte Vierteljahresschrift eines der vielen Instrumente der kommunistischen Behörden für den ideologischen Kampf. Die Zeitschrift propagierte einen neuen, revolutionären Ansatz für die Theorie des Rechts und die Praxis der Rechtsprechung.Die in der Zeitschrift „Wojskowy Przegląd Prawniczy“ dargestellten Inhalte richteten sich nicht nur an Militärjuristen, sondern auch an Armeekommandeure und Vertreter des kommunistischen Politapparats, wodurch sie die korrekte Weltanschauung der Leser im Einklang mit der Parteilinie beeinflussten.

Po II wojnie światowej, wznowiono „Wojskowy Przegląd Prawniczy” – czasopismo prawnicze znane i cenione przed 1939 r. Reaktywowany kwartalnik od 1945 r. był jednym z wielu narzędzi władzy komunistycznej do ideologicznej walki. Czasopismo propagowało nowe rewolucyjne podejście do teorii prawa i praktyki orzeczniczej. Treści prezentowane na łamach „WPP” były skierowane nie tylko dla prawników wojskowych, ale również dla dowódców wojska i przedstawicieli komunistycznego aparatu politycznego, wpływając na właściwy światopogląd czytelników zgodny z linią partii.
