In July 1934, the Security Department of the Warsaw Voivodship Office ordered the district governor to prepare and send a report on the loyalty to the Sanacja authorities of the mayors of Chodecz, Kowal, Lubień, Lubraniec and Przedecz. After a few days, the relevant report was sent to Warsaw. It is a valuable document containing the biographical data of mayors and showing the mechanisms of the Sanacja dictatorship.

W lipcu 1934 r. Wydział Bezpieczeństwa Urzędu Wojewódzkiego Warszawskiego polecił staroście powiatowemu we Włocławku sporządzenie i przesłanie raportu, dotyczącego lojalności wobec władz sanacyjnych burmistrzów Chodcza, Kowala, Lubienia, Lubrańca i Przedcza. Po kilku dniach stosowny raport został przesłany do Warszawy. Jest to cenny dokument zawierający dane biograficzne burmistrzów oraz pokazujący mechanizmy funkcjonowania dyktatury sanacyjnej.
