Autokorelacja przestrzenna atrakcyjności inwestycyjnej małych miast subregionu centralnego województwa śląskiego

Wzajemny wpływ małych miast na siebie jest mniej przewidywalny niż w przypadku dużych ośrodków miejskich. Celem publikacji jest sprawdzenie, czy dla osiemnastu małych miast subregionu centralnego województwa śląskiego zachodzi autokorelacja przestrzenna atrakcyjności inwestycyjnej. Wskaźniki przyjęte do analizy podzielono na dwie główne grupy: wskaźniki finansowe i infrastrukturalne oraz wskaźniki przedsiębiorczości i urbanizacji miast. W badaniu wykorzystano metodę wskaźników przyrodniczych Perkala oraz statystykę globalną Moran I. Okazało się, że małe miasta graniczące ze sobą są do siebie podobne ze względu na czynniki infrastrukturalne i finansowe, a Górnośląski Związek Metropolitarny stanowi dla nich biegun wzrostu.

The mutual influence of the small cities is less predictable than the large ones interaction. The main goal of this article is to verify if the 18 small cities of the central Upper Silesia subregion are spatially autocorrelated in the field of the investment attractiveness. The indicators were divided into two main groups with 6 in each one. The first group consisted of the financial and the infrastructural ones such as the total costs of European Union projects. The second one was made of the economical and urban indicators. For example the unemployment rate and the landuse. Perkal coefficient and global statistic Moran I were both used in the analysis. It turns out that small cities sharing the common border are spatially autocorellated in the terms of infrastructure development and finances. The Silesian Metropolis is the growth pole influencing the investment attractiveness of surrounding small cities.
