W artykule zaprezentowano relacje między kategoriami pedagogicznymi jakimi są: mistrz i osiąganie mistrzostwa, nauczyciel i nauczanie oraz wychowawcy i wychowanie kolejnych pokoleń. Analizę teoretyczną osadzono w filozoficznych podstawach europejskiej kultury, filozofii greckiej, łacińskiej tradycji akademickiej oraz współczesnych przeobrażeń cywilizacyjnych i kulturowych.

In article presents the relations between categories of pedagogy as master and achieving mastery, teacher and teaching, educator and educating further generation of people. The theoretical analysis is embedded on philosophical rudiments of the European culture, Greek philosophy, the Latin academic traditions and contemporary culture and civilisational transformations.
