The commented judgement is about attempted incitement. The author described different views on this issue presented in the doctrine and jurisprudence. She positively assessed the opinion of the Court of Appeal in Warsaw, according to which the attempted incitement was admissible, while critically, she responded to the understanding of attempted incitement adopted in the ruling.

Glosowany wyrok dotyczy usiłowania podżegania. Autorka przedstawiła różne poglądy na tę kwestię prezentowane w doktrynie i orzecznictwie. Pozytywnie oceniła opinię Sądu Apelacyjnego w Warszawie, zgodnie z którą usiłowanie podżegania jest dopuszczalne, krytycznie natomiast ustosunkowała się do przyjętego w glosowanym orzeczeniu rozumienia usiłowania podżegania.

The Deutscher Dan-Trager und Budo-Lehrer Verband e.V. (DDBV e.V.) was founded in 1979 and uses two different kinds of fabric badges to be applied to Karate or Jiu-Jitsu Gis. The standard badge can be worn by all members of the association, while the “Budo Lehrer” (Budo Teacher) badge is reserved for members of the association who have acquired the certificate as a “DDBV Budo- Lehrer”. In addition, there are badges of honour issued by the DDBV e.V. to long-term members and for extraordinary accomplishments fostering the statutory objectives of the association

Stowarzyszenie Deutscher Dan-Traeger und Budo-Lehrer Verband e.V. zostało założone w 1979 roku i używa dwóch różnych rodzajów znaczków z tkaniny dla Karate lub Jiu-Jitsu keikogi. Standardowa odznaka może być noszona przez wszystkich członków stowarzyszenia, natomiast odznaka “Budo Lehrer” (Nauczyciel Budo) jest zarezerwowana dla członków stowarzyszenia, którzy uzyskali certyfikat “DDBV Budo-Lehrer”. Ponadto, istnieją przypinki honorowe, które są wydawane długoletnim członkom oraz za nadzwyczajne osiągnięcia wspierające cele statutowe stowarzyszenia.

The text take the issue of teaching responsibilities as a significant category of its education, action and evaluation of its work. It shows the role of values in human life, the process of their development and education. It also shows the need for such a creation of the learning process to enable it to recognize, understand, to accept and respect the values. The article highlights trends, in the group of contemporary teachers, who are avoiding or sharing the responsibility for development of their pupils. The author describes teachers who are willing to share the responsibility with the students. The importance of teacher’s moral competence in addition to the other competencies mentioned in the literature of the subject were underlined.

Tekst podejmuje problematykę odpowiedzialności nauczyciela jako istotnej kategorii jego kształcenia, działania i oceny jego pracy. Wskazano w nim na rolę wartości w życiu człowieka, procesie jego rozwoju i edukacji, na potrzebę takiego kreowania procesu kształcenia, aby umożliwiał on rozpoznawanie, rozumienie, akceptowanie i respektowanie wartości. Podkreślono tendencje występujące w grupie współczesnych nauczycieli do unikania odpowiedzialności za ucznia bądź dzielenia się z nim odpowiedzialnością za jego rozwój. Scharakteryzowano nauczycieli mających gotowość do dzielenia się odpowiedzialnością z uczniami. Podkreślono znaczenie kompetencji moralnych nauczyciela, obok innych wymienianych w literaturze przedmiotu.
