This paper deals with validity conditions of admission to an act. We shall look at admission first as a speech act that has a certain gravity as a legal act. We reconstruct Searle’s success condi- tions for admission and supplement them with particular legal conditions in legal acts of admission and pleas. We focus on the preparatory conditions of admission and we show difficulties involved in fulfilling these conditions.

Artykuł przedstawia systemy kształcenia lekarzy w wybranych krajach europejskich. Prezentowane są warunki przyjęcia na studia na kierunki lekarskie, struktura tych studiów, ich programy oraz formy realizacji, a także egzaminy uprawniające do zdobycia uprawnień zawodowych. Rozwiązania stosowane na różnych uczelniach są okazją do porównań oraz propozycji mogących poprawić efektywność kształcenia studentów medycyny.

This article introduces doctors’ training systems in selected European countries. It describes entry requirements and application procedures for medical studies, structure of studies, study programs, their implementation pathway, and also the exams entitling to acquire professional qualifications. The solutions used at various universities are an opportunity to compare and suggestions that could improve the efficiency of training the medical students.
