Charakterystyka poszczególnych (innych niż strajk) akcji protestacyjnych

Celem artykułu jest omówienie akcji protestacyjnych. Poszczególne jego części opisują akcję okupacyjną, blokadę, bojkot, czarny PR, dzień bez wokandy, motocyklowe patrole pracownicze, obstrukcjonizm, odmowę przeprowadzania przez personel medyczny planowanych świadczeń medycznych, pikietę, strajk biały/włoski, strajk chorobowy/tajny, strajk czarny, strajk głodowy, strajk japoński, urlop na żądanie, zbiorowe rozwiązanie indywidualnych stosunków pracy. Każda z części formułuje definicję protestu, wskazuje unormowania prawne i w sposób ogólny przedstawia zagadnienie legalności akcji protestacyjnej. Artykuł wskazuje, że ze względu na znaczną różnorodność akcji protestacyjnych jedynym racjonalnym rozwiązaniem legislacyjnym jest ich regulacja w różnych aktach normatywnych.

The aim of the article is to present industrial actions. Following chapters are about sit-down action, blockade (traffic block), boycott, negative campaigning, day without cause list, employee motorcycle patrols, obstructionism, refusal performance planned medical benefit by medical staff, picketing, go-slow/working without enthusiasm, black strike, hunger-action, japanese strike, employee’s leave at request, collective termination of an employment relationship. Each caption formulates definition of protest, indicates legal basis and presents legal issue of legality of industrial action. The article indicates, that on account of the large variety of industrial actions, the only rational legislative solution is the control of them in various acts.
