The established form of album inscriptions, basing on the rich emblematic tradition, made it possible to identify a hand-written album-like inscription of Jerzy Wilhelm Kloch in a book by pastor Jan Muthmann from Cieszyn, which had been earlier regarded as a mere dedication or just passed over. The inscription is of interest primarily as it indicates that one may discover other inscriptions of this type in literature through looking for the aforementioned characteristic features of this literary genre. It has also become another confirmation of close ties of friendship between the two Cieszyn pastors.

Ukształtowany schemat wpisu sztambuchowego, czerpiącego z bogatej tradycji emblematycznej, pozwolił na odkrycie, traktowanego dotąd raczej jako dedykacja lub w ogóle pomijanego, rękopiśmiennego wpisu sztambuchowego Jerzego Wilhelma Klocha w książce cieszyńskiego pastora Jana Muthmanna. Wpis budzi zainteresowanie przede wszystkim ze względu na rysujące się możliwości odkrycia nowych obiektów tego typu w literaturze dzięki zastosowaniu w trakcie badań wspomnianych przed chwilą stałych elementów konstrukcyjnych przynależnych temu gatunkowi literackiemu. Sam zaś przedstawiony wpis stał się dodatkowym potwierdzeniem osobistych więzi łączących dwóch cieszyńskich pastorów.
