The opinion refers to the moment of the expiry of a mandate of a Deputy nominated for the position of an ambassador during the term. The function of an ambassador is incompatible with the Deputy’s mandate on the basis of Article 103 para. 1 of the Constitution. Importantly, the prohibition does not refer to taking the function and its actual performance, but to the change of a legal status of a person vested with the function. As regards the offices listed in the provision, Article 247 para. 1 item 6 of the Electoral Code shall be applied, which is the legal basis for ex lege expiry of a Deputy’s mandate. Against Article 103 para. 1 of the Constitution thus understood and the provisions of the Electoral Code, it is essential to specify the moment of entrusting the function, i.e. acquiring the status of an ambassador.

The issue of intersection of digital media and acquisition of forms of public awareness is still relatively new. This research study identifies cognitive aspects of subjective perception of different categories of influencers operating in the online environment. The aim is a more detailed explanation of the psychosemantic structure of the perception of selected domestic influencers in relation to the self-respondents and the brand, as this is where the promotional aspect of the researched topic is revealed. Theoretical starting points of the study accentuate the knowledge based on endorsement models of using celebrities in marketing communication, as well as on the concept of social psychology and persuasion. The elementary definition of the concept of influencers lies in the etymological analysis, which we supplement with the analysis of currently established scientific-professional approaches to the categorisation of influencers and also draw attention to a critical explanation of terms related to influencer marketing, such as opinion leader, brand ambassador, as well as the influencer itself. To identify social representation of celebrities and marketing communication in the semantic space of generation Z we applied a psychosemantic method of Semantic Choice Test. The results indicate a markedly positive self-concept of the studied cohort of Generation Z and its focus on professional application represented by the semantic proximity of two influencers (Sajfa and LucyPug). At the same time, significant distrust of politicians and political communication and a critical approach to the aggressive communication of political entities were identified.

Particular attention will be paid to periods of recovery by Poland unsubstituted, where 100 years seems to be a political phenomenon and not historical. The whole will be analyzed through the prism of "strategic caution" – one of the features of international politics.

This opinion aims to present legal status of spouses of the President of the Republic of Poland, the Prime Minister and an ambassador. Legal situation of a spouse of the President of the Republic of Poland is not legally regulated. Although there is no formal prohibition of his/her professional activity, there is an accepted practice that the spouse performs only representative functions “by the President’s side”. This activity is not remunerated and, thus there is no deduction of pension contributions. Under separate regulations spouses are entitled to benefits and health care. A similar situation occurs in the case of a spouses of the Prime Minister, but in practice they do not perform representative functions, but continue their professional activity. A different situation takes place in case of a husband/wife of an ambassador, because their legal status is governed by the Act of 27th July 2001 on the Foreign Service.

Artykuł stanowi próbę przedstawienia sylwetek osób z najbliższego otoczenia księcia kijowskiego Włodzimierza Rurykowicza, panującego w stolicy Rusi w latach 1223– 1235 i 1236. Analiza zachowanych źródeł, pozwala wyłonić pięciu reprezentantów dworu Włodzimierza: tysięcznika i wojewodę Iwana Sławnowicza, wojewodę Daniela Nażyrowicza/Żyrowicza, stolnika Jerzego i dwóch bojarów, sprawujących funkcje posłów – Worotysława Piotrowicza i Piotra Akierowicza. Każda z wymienionych osób została odnotowana w źródłach tylko jeden raz, niemniej jednak nawet tak wątłe przekazy, pozwalają rzucić pewne światło na dwór księcia kijowskiego w latach trzydziestych XIII w. Podobnie jak w poprzednich stuleciach, najważniejsze miejsce w otoczeniu tamtejszego władcy, zajmowali tysięcznik i wojewoda. Ponadto na znaczeniu zyskały osoby piastujące nowe stanowiska, którym powierzano istotne funkcje reprezentacyjne, np. stolnika. Na podstawie analizy urzędników sprawujących najwyższe godności, można zaobserwować ciągłość w ich obejmowaniu przez przedstawicieli wybranych rodów bojarskich, na przykład Borysowiczów– Sławnowiczów

The aim of the article is to reconstruct the biograms of the closest circle of the Kyiv prince Volodymyr Rurykovich, who ruled the capital of Rus` in 1223–1235 and 1236–1238. The analysis of the surviving sources allows us to identify five representatives of Volodymyr`s court: the tysyatsky and voivode Ivan Slavnovich, the voivode Danylo Nazhyrovich / Zhyrovich, the stolnik Yuri and two boyars who served as ambassadors – Vorotyslav Petrovich and Petro Akerovich. These personalities are mentioned in the sources only once, but even such fragmentary information can shed light on the court of the Kyiv prince in the 30s of the 13th century. As it was in the previous centuries, the tysyatsky and the voivode played the main roles in it. At the same time such new positions with important representative functions as a stolnik appeared. One can also point out the succession in the appointment of the representatives of the particular boyar clans to the most important positions, for example, Borisovich-Slavnovich.

В статье сделана попытка воссоздать биограммы ближайшего окружения киевского князя Владимира Рюриковича, правившего в столице Руси в 1223–1235 и 1236–1238 гг. Анализ сохранившихся источников позволяет выделить пять представителей двора Владимира: тысяцкого и воеводу Ивана Славновича, воеводу Даниила Нажировича/Жировича, стольника Юрия и двух бояр, исполнявших функции послов – Воротислава Петровича и Петра Акеровича. Все перечисленные личности упомянуты в источниках всего по одному разу, но даже такая отрывочная информация позволяет пролить свет на двор киевского князя в 30-х гг. ХIII века. Как и в предыдущие столетия, ключевое место в нем занимали тысяцкий и воевода. В то же время, появились новые должности, наделенные важными репрезентативными функциями, такие как стольник. Наблюдается также преемственность в назначении на наиболее важные должности представителей отдельных боярских родов, например Борисовичей-Славновичей.
