Sąd Najwyższy wyraził dwa sprzeczne poglądy co do podstawy zatrudnienia nawiązania stosunku pracy z dyrektorem urzędu pracy. Artykuł zawiera omówienie dwóch wyroków Sądu Najwyższego oraz charakterystykę powołania jako podstawy nawiązania stosunku pracy. W oparciu o tę charakterystykę autor wskazuje, który wyrok Sądu Najwyższego jest trafny.

Supreme Court expressed two different views about basis of an employment relationship with the director of labor office. The article contains review of two judgements of the Supreme Court and the characteristics of the appointment as a basis for establishment an employment relationship. On these grounds the author points out which of the Supreme Court’s judgment is valid.
