The article is a presentation of the results of the analysis of the (quantitative and qualitative) content of “Gazeta Olsztyńska” in the field of issues of the Kaliningrad region in 2015–2019. The Olsztyn daily is for the inhabitants of the Warmian-Masurian region one of the sources of knowledge about the Kaliningrad region and its inhabitants. The texts published in “Gazeta Olsztyńska” are also a reflection of the internal political situation and prevailing Polish-Russian relations. They are also one of the ways to promote economic cooperation and cultural exchange in the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship and the Kaliningrad District.

The problems of the Kaliningrad region as presented by „Gazeta Olsztyńska” (2004–2014). The article presents the results of the content analysis, in quantitative and qualitative terms, of the „Gazeta Olsztyńska” in issues related to the Kaliningrad region in the years 2004–2014. For the inhabitants of the Warmia-Mazury region „Gazeta Olsztyńska” is one of the sources of knowledge on the Kaliningrad region, its people and ethnic relations prevailing in the area. Articles in the newspaper are also a reflection of the type of Polish-Russian relations. They are also one way of promoting opportunities for economic cooperation and cultural sites mentioned Warmia and Mazury and the Kaliningrad region.

W artykule przedstawiono wyniki analizy zawartości ilościowej i jakościowej „Gazety Olsztyńskiej” w zakresie problematyki obwodu kaliningradzkiego w latach 2004–2014. Dla mieszkańców regionu warmińsko-mazurskiego „Gazeta Olsztyńska” jest jednym ze źródeł wiedzy o regionie kaliningradzkim, jego mieszkańcach i stosunków etnicznych panujących na danym obszarze. Artykuły są również odzwierciedleniem panujących stosunków polsko-rosyjskich. Są one także jednym ze sposobów promowania możliwości współpracy gospodarczej i kulturalnej regionu Warmii i Mazur oraz obwód kaliningradzkiego.
